ABOUT THE LATINO BUSINESS COLLABORATIVE

The Latino Business Collaborative (LBC) is Ascénto's program designed specifically for Latino and Hispanic small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs across Wisconsin.

Through culturally relevant workshops, peer mentoring, and access to professional and community networks, participants strengthen their businesses while building lasting relationships with fellow entrepreneurs.

Launched during Ascénto's 25th anniversary year, LBC represents an expansion of our work to create more pathways for Latino entrepreneurship, leadership, and economic prosperity across Wisconsin.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE

PROGRAM FORMAT

LBC is designed with busy entrepreneurs and business owners in mind, combining workshops, peer learning, mentorship, and relationship-building throughout the cohort experience.

Participants take part in a selective cohort that brings together both emerging and established businesses, creating opportunities to learn from different experiences, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections.

Participation also includes a complimentary one-year Ascénto Individual Membership.

In 2026, Ascénto launched the inaugural Latino Business Collaborative, bringing together emerging and established Latino and Hispanic entrepreneurs for workshops, mentorship, relationship-building, and business development.
