Ascénto Gala Experience celebrating 25 years

A NIGHT 25 YEARS IN THE MAKING

The Ascénto Gala Experience brings our comunidad together to celebrate connection, leadership, impact, and the people helping shape a stronger Wisconsin.

On September 25, 2026, more than 500 members of our comunidad gathered at the Baird Center to celebrate 25 years of our organization.

Together, we honored the people and partnerships that shaped our historia, celebrated the impact of our community, and introduced Ascénto for the first time.

$430,000 RAISED

One night. A lasting investment in our comunidad.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, partners, donors, and guests, we raised approximately $430,000 to advance Ascénto's mission of increasing economic prosperity and growing Latino influence for a stronger Wisconsin.

CELEBRATING OUR HISTORIA

For 25 years, our organization has brought people together to build connections, access opportunities, grow as leaders, and strengthen Latino influence across Wisconsin.

The Gala celebrated the people, relationships, and milestones that brought us here while marking the beginning of a new era as Ascénto.

HONORING OUR 2026 AWARD RECIPIENTS

We recognized individuals and organizations whose leadership, partnership, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our comunidad.

Our Espíritu Award held special meaning during our 25th anniversary, honoring the founders whose vision and leadership helped create the organization we celebrate today.

THE BEGINNING OF ASCÉNTO

The evening also marked a defining moment in our organization's history. After 25 years as Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee, we introduced our comunidad to Ascénto.

Our new name reflects who we have become and where we're headed, while carrying forward the relationships, impact, and historia built over the past 25 years.

OUR 2026 GALA CO-CHAIRS
