Join us for peer mentor circles during our next Mentor Mindset program! By participating in HPGM’s peer mentor circles, you will:
- Grow your professional network
- Learn from other members with different areas of expertise and experience
- Build deeper relationships with members who can offer support
- Gain a trusted outlet to talk about goals, challenges and confidential issues
This program is open to mentors and mentees across all industries and professional levels. Coffee, light breakfast and complimentary parking will be provided.

Mentor Mindset is designed for individuals seeking to develop a mentor or mentee relationship. HPGM strives to increase representation and economic opportunities for Latinos. Mentor Mindset is an intentional and intimate program that allows individuals to explore multiple mentor/mentee relationships by tapping into HPGM’s extensive network of more than 3,500 professionals. Matches are created based on member goals, industry, and professional experience to foster meaningful connections.
