HPGM launched an Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Business Resource Group (BRG) Collective called Alianza Latina de ERGs (ALE) to foster a sense of pride and belonging among employees of Latino/Hispanic heritage while enriching employer partner culture. Share best practices, attend and amplify events, and build partnerships based on problem solving and intentionality.

ALE is open to:

• ERG/BRG leaders

• ERG/BRG members

• Those interested in starting an ERG in their organization

• Professionals looking for additional networking and member connections

• Executive Sponsors or mentors for Latino/Hispanic ERG

Meetings are held virtually on the third Friday of the month from noon to 1 p.m.
