In order to build and maintain a robust community of Hispanic professionals in the Milwaukee area, HPGM works to provide resources to guide college students toward graduation and a career path.

HPGM student chapters provide tools and opportunities to help Hispanic college students secure professional internships.  By building their resume and developing valuable skills, students are more likely to complete their degree, secure strong full-time employment and launch a promising professional career. Through workshops, self-assessment, and networking, students can more clearly define their academic and professional goals.

Networking

We expose students to professionals all over Milwaukee at our Conexiones networking events. They can practice their soft skills and build connections with professionals either already working in their desired career path or professionals who are looking to serve as mentors.

Workshops

Students learn about creating a polished resume, building their brand on social media, how to land and interview, and the do's and don'ts of networking and professional etiquette.

Incentive Program

When you join HPGM on top of workshops, networking events and help in placing you at dream internships you receive incentives just for attending & volunteering at events!
