

Sadhna Morato-Lindvall has been an HPGM board member since 2002. She works for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Glendale. She was the International Liaison with the American Cancer Society’s Midwest Division, and lead community relations efforts with cancer leagues overseas. She formerly served as the organization’s Media Relations Manager. Prior to joining ACS, Ms. Morato-Lindvall was the Communications Director for Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker. Her interest in public health first began with her role as Communications Officer with the Milwaukee Health Department. She began her career as a television reporter/anchor in several Midwest markets, including KETV-TV in Omaha, NE, KIMT in Mason City, IA, and WISN-TV in Milwaukee.
Ms. Morato-Lindvall is very active as a volunteer in the Milwaukee community. In addition to her work with the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM), she is an active member of several organizations, including: Latino Arts, Inc. Board of Directors, Wisconsin Coalition of Asian Indian Organizations (WCAIO), and is past member to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors. Her commitment to volunteerism earned her the U.S. Postal Service’s 2005 Women Putting Their Stamp on Metro Milwaukee award. She is a graduate of the Future Milwaukee Class of 2004.
Sadhna lives in Milwaukee with her husband and daughter, and enjoys gardening, scuba diving, bike riding and camping. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa with B.S. degrees in both Journalism and Geography/Environmental Science.
