In alignment with HPGM’s mission to support professional growth of its members, this annual program showcases professional development opportunities for Hispanic professionals. This half-day program is designed to help HPGM members and non members connect with experts in leadership development, educational opportunities and career advancement.

Each year, the leadership conference provides an entrée of programming essential for Hispanic professionals to advance in their careers by showcasing hot topics in organizational and professional development, opportunities for individuals seeking new opportunities, or connecting with powerful role models who can help motivate and inspire.

The 2010 Leadership Conference will be held on Friday, March 19 starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Hilton. The conference attracts around 100 individuals each year, including members, students, and anyone seeking to improve his/her professional footing and corporations looking to connect with talented Hispanic Professionals.
